قياس مستوى جودة الخدمة التعليمية في كلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير بجامعة المسيلة

الملخص
ملخص الهدف من هذا العمل هو محاولة قياس جودة الخدمة التعليمية المقدمة في التعليم الجامعي في كلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير في جامعة التابعة لجامعة المسيلة من وجهة نظر الطلبة. اعتمد الباحث في هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وأسلوب دراسة الحالة والاستبيان كأداة أساسية لاختبار فرضيات الدراسة، وجد الباحث أن مستوى الجودة المقدمة في الكلية محل الدراسة لا تلبي توقعات الطلاب خاصة فيما يتعلق بجوانب المرافقة البيداغوجية ونقص وسائل البحث وضعف طرق التقييم. أوصت الدراسة بضرورة تحسين جوانب القصور فيما يتعلق بظروف البحث للطلبة وإعادة النظر في طرق التقييم. Abstract The objective of this work is to try to measure the quality of higher education service in the Faculty of Economic, Commercial and Management Sciences at the University of M’sila, from the point of view of its students. In this study, the researcher adopted a descriptive and analytical method, as well as, the case study and the questionnaire as essential tools to test the hypothesis of the study. The researcher concluded that the quality of higher education service offered in the faculty does not meet the expectations of students. The study recommended the need to improve the gaps in the conditions of research for students and to review evaluation methods. L’objectif de ce travail est d'essayer de mesurer la qualité du service de l'enseignement universitaire dispensé à la Faculté des sciences économiques et commerciales et de gestion à l'Université de M'sila, du le point de vue des étudiants. L’approche analytique descriptive et le style d’étude de cas ont été adoptés dans ce travail, en plus le questionnaire comme outil essentiel pour tester les hypothèses de l’étude. Le chercheur a constaté que le niveau de qualité disposer dans la faculté champs de travail ne répond pas aux attentes des étudiants. L'étude a recommandé la nécessité d'améliorer les lacunes en ce qui concerne les conditions de la recherche pour les étudiants et revoir les méthodes d'évaluation.
