الملخص
إن فئة ذوي الكفاءات الخاصة جزءٌ لا يتجزأ من مجتمعنا ، لذلك فإن مواجهة المشكلات التي تعانيها هذه الفئة تقع على عاتق الفرد والجماعة في أي مجتمع ؛ وعلينا أن نجتهد بغرض وضع برامج تساعد هذه الفئة على استرداد أقصى ما يمكن من قدراتهم التي غابت عنهم؛ ودعمهم في الحد من الاستهلاك السلبي من جهة فلا تكون هذه الفئة عالة على المجتمع ومن جهة أخرى فإنّ كل فرد بوصفه الحضاري منوط بالسعي إلى خدمة مجتمعه وبالتالي على الشخص ذو العاهة أن يكون عنصراً منتجاً وفاعلاً في المجتمع؛ ولتحقيق هذا الغرض وإدماج هذه الفئة في مجتمعاتها تم التوصل حديثا إلى تطوير عمليات بديلة لتعليم هؤلاء الأشخاص وذلك بإخضاعهم لبرامج تدريبية حيث يكتسبون مهارات معادلة لمهارات الأفراد العاديين ويكون بمقدورهم مواكبة الحياة مع الآخرين متجاوزين بذلك كل الإكراهات والضغوطات التي كانت عائقا بسبب وضعهم الصحي. The category of people with special competencies is an integral part of our society, so facing the problems that this group suffers from rests with the individual and the group in any society; and we have to strive for the purpose of developing programs that help this group to recover the maximum of their abilities that were absent from them; and support them in Reducing negative consumption, on the one hand, and this category is not dependent on society, on the other hand, everyone, as a civilized person, is entitled to seek to serve his community, and therefore a person with a disability must be a productive and active element in society; to achieve this purpose and integrate this group in their societies, a newly arrived To develop alternative operations to leverage These people are fulfilled by subjecting them to training programs where they acquire skills equivalent to the skills of ordinary individuals and are able to keep pace with life with others, thereby bypassing all the constraints and pressures that were an impediment due to their health status.
