الملخص
ملخص: تسلط هذه المقالة الضوء على دور المحدد العسكري في التأثير على فعالية الأداء الاستراتيجي لروسيا الآخذ في التعاظم منذ مطلع القرن الـ21م، وهي تهدف إلى تبيان أثر المحدد العسكري على العودة القوية للدور الاستراتيجي لروسيا من خلال الاستناد إلى مجموعة من المؤشرات العسكرية إضافة إلى تقديم معطيات بالأرقام للتدليل على التطور الحاصل في المجال العسكري لروسيا، وتهدف هذه المقالة ثانيا إلى تزويد الباحثين المتخصصين في دراسة السياسة والاستراتيجية الروسية بمعلومات حول المحدد العسكري لروسيا نظرا لقلة المصادر العربية التي تتطرق لهذا الموضوع. وينبغي الاشارة إلى أنه تم الاستعانة لمعالجة موضوع المقالة بمجموعة من الادوات المنهجية المتمثلة في الوصف والتحليل اضافة إلى أداة المقارنة. الكلمات المفتاحية: روسيا، العقيدة العسكرية، الانفاق العسكري، القدرات العسكرية، الانتشار العسكري. Abstract: This article sheds light on the role of the military determinant in influencing the effectiveness of the strategic performance of Russia, which has been increasing since the beginning of the 21st century, it aims demonstrate the impact of the military determinant on the strong return to the Russian strategic role by relying on a set of military indicators in addition to providing data by numbers to demonstrate the development in the military field in Russia, secondly this article aims to provide researchers specialized in studying the Russian issue with information about the military dimension of Russia due to the lack of Arab sources that address this topic. It should be noted that a set of methodological tools represented in description and analysis in addition to a comparison tool was used address the topic of the article.
