اثر كفاءة نظم المعلومات على فاعلية صنع واتخاذ القرارات: دراسة حالة البنك المركزي اليمني

الملخص
تهدف الدراسة إلى تقصي اثر كفاءة نظم المعلومات على فاعلية صنع واتخاذ القرارات في البنك المركزي اليمني ،ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قام الباحث بتطوير وتقييم استبانة وتوزيعها على عينة عشوائية بسيطة مكونة من (70) مفردة ، استرجع منها (64) استبانة صالحة ،حيث أظهرت نتائج الدراسة ان هناك اهتمام وتوجه إيجابي لتصورات العامليين لكفاءة نظم المعلومات بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (3.56)،وجاءت تصورات وتوجهات العاملين مرتفعة عن فاعلية صنع واتخاذ القرار في البنك المركزي بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (3.78).وأظهرت الدراسة أيضا أن هناك اثر إيجابي ذو دلالة إحصائية لكفاءة نظم المعلومات في فاعلية اتخاذ القرارات. الكلمات المفتاحية: الكفاءة، البنك المركزي اليمني ،نظم المعلومات ،اتخاذ القرار ،المتطلبات. Abstract: The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the efficiency of information system on the effectiveness of the decision making process in central bank of Yemen. In order to achieve the objectives of this study a questionnaire was developed and distributed among the sample’s study, which consisted of (70) subjects , (64) members responded .Validity and reliability of questionnaires were computed. The main results of the study were as follow: - The respondents perception to the efficiency of information Systems was high with a mean of (3.56), and The respondents perception to the effectiveness of the decision making process was high with a mean of (3.78. ( - There is significant statistical effect of the efficiency of the information systems on the effectiveness of the decision making process.
