الملخص
تتناول الدراسة دور نظم المعلومات وعلاقتها بتعزيز كفاءة واستخدام الموارد لدى الوحدة الاقتصادية، إذ تهدف الى بيان علاقات الارتباط والتأثير بين نظم المعلومات وتحسين (فاعلية الاداء، اتخاذ القرارات)، ومعرفة مدى ما توفره البيئة المعلوماتية لدعم وتحفيز الموارد البشرية ومدى مساهمتها في تحسن كفاءة الاداء واتخاذ القرارات. وطُبق الدراسة على عينة عشوائية تتألف من (40) شخصاً من العاملين في الوظائف الادارية العليا والوسيطة، وتكْمن أهمية الدراسة في أنها خرجت بخلفيةٍ فكرية لطبيعة متغيراتها، وأن هنالك شبه اجماع لدى عينة الدراسة في ضرورة تطوير وتحفيز وتشجيع الموارد البشرية عن طريق توضيح كيفية العمل الاداري في الشركات وبما يساهم في المعرفة ويزيد الانتماء الوظيفي لدى العاملين، وان نظم المعلومات هي الواجهة في حوكمة اتخاذ القرارات الادارية والتي يمكن عن طريقها توضيح اهداف الوحدة الاقتصادية وبما يتلاءم مع طبيعتها الانتاجية سواء كانت خدمية أو صناعية أو تعليمية أو تجاري. The study deals with the role of information systems and their relationship to enhancing the efficiency and utilization of resources in the economic unit, as it aims to demonstrate the relationship and influence between information systems and improve (effectiveness of performance, decision-making), and to know the extent to which the information environment provides to support and motivate human resources and the extent of their contribution to improving performance efficiency and taking Decisions. The study was applied on a random sample consisting of (40) people working in senior and intermediate administrative positions, and the importance of the study lies in that it came out with an intellectual background of the nature of its variables, and that there is almost unanimity among the study sample regarding the need to develop, motivate and encourage human resources by clarifying how administrative work In companies, in a manner that contributes to knowledge and increases employee affiliation with employees, and that information systems are the interface in the governance of administrative decision-making, through which the objectives of the economic unit can be clarified and in line with its productive nature, whether service, industrial, educational or commercial. L'étude traite du rôle des systèmes d'information et de leur relation avec l'amélioration de l'efficacité et de l'utilisation des ressources dans l'unité économique, car elle vise à démontrer la relation et l'influence entre les systèmes d'information et à améliorer (efficacité des performances, prise de décision), et savoir dans quelle mesure l'environnement informationnel permet de soutenir et de motiver les ressources humaines et dans quelle mesure leur contribution à l'amélioration de l'efficacité des performances et de la prise de décision. L'étude a été appliquée sur un échantillon aléatoire composé de (40) personnes occupant des postes administratifs supérieurs et intermédiaires, et l'importance de l'étude réside dans le fait qu'elle est sortie avec un bagage intellectuel de la nature de ses variables, et qu'il y a presque l'unanimité parmi l'échantillon de l'étude quant à la nécessité de développer, motiver et encourager les ressources humaines en clarifiant comment le travail administratif Dans les entreprises, d'une manière qui contribue à la connaissance et augmente l'affiliation des employés avec les employés, et que les systèmes d'information sont l'interface dans la gouvernance des décisionnelle, à travers laquelle les objectifs de l'unité économique peuvent être clarifiés et en adéquation avec sa nature productive, qu'elle soit de service, industrielle, éducative ou commerciale.
