مفهوم الفقر: من الدلالات اللغوية إلى التأسيس السوسيولوجي

الملخص
تتميز الدلالات الملازمة لمصطلح الفقر في المعاجم العربية بشمول معانيها، عكس المعاني الموضوعة لمصطلح الفقر في المعاجم الفرنسية واللاتينية بوجه عام، فهي تشير إلى الحاجة والحرمان الاجتماعي من وسائل العيش، بوصفها مؤشرات تحيل إلى نسب الاندماج في المعايير الاستهلاكية المحددة اجتماعيا من جهة. وتحيل إلى مضامين الإعاقة وإرادة الهيمنة التي تحكم علاقة الفئات المسيطرة مع الفئات المسيطر عليها من جهة ثانية، وذلك بشكل يسمح للفئة الأولى بإعادة إنتاج الفقر، والحفاظ على استمرارية تفوق رأسمالها الثقافي والاجتماعي. Contrary to the meanings established for the term poverty in French and Latin dictionaries in general, the connotations associated with the term poverty in Arab dictionaries are distinguished by their comprehensive meanings, as they refer to the need and social deprivation of means of living, that are considered as indicators which lead to integration’s rates in socially defined consumer standards. On the other hand, it refers to the contents of disability and the will to dominate that govern the relationship of the dominant groups with the dominated groups, in a way that allows the first group to reproduce poverty and maintain a continuity that exceeds its cultural and social capital.
