التلقي والإقراء في السنة النبوية وآثار الصحابة رضي الله عنهم (دراسة تأصيلية استنباطية من خلال الأحاديث والآثار)

الملخص
ملخص البحث البحث محاولة لتأصيل عملية الإقراء والتلقي المستمرة من زمن النبوة إلى زماننا من خلال الوقوف مع نصوص تلقي الصحابة - رضي الله عنهم - من النبي - صلى الله عليه وسلم - وتلقي التابعين عن الصحابة - رضي الله عنهم - وذلك بعرض بعض الآثار المنتقاة واستنباط فوائدها العامة في مطلب، ثم الخاصة بالتلقي والإقراء في مطلب آخر؛ وذلك لمعرفة مستند مسالك القراء في زماننا ومدى موافقتها للمشروع المأذون فيه أو المسكوت عنه، أو مخالفتها له، وقد تمّ لي ذلك بحمد الله في مقدمة ومبحثين وخاتمة ضمنتها النتائج التي منها الإثبات العملي لأهمية التأصيل الشرعي لمسالكنا، وإبراز الدليل الواضح على صحة ما يمارسه أغلب قراء زماننا أثناء عملية التلقي، وبيان أهمية السنة العملية في فهم الإسلام وضبط مسالك المسلمين، وضرورة العناية بالمصطلحات وضبطها لسلامة الفهم للعلوم. وختمت بتوصيات عملية نافعة إن شاء الله. والله الموفق. الكلمات المفتاحية: التلقي؛ الإقراء؛ آثار الصحابة؛ القراءات القرءانية؛ التأصيل الشرعي. Abstract The search is an attempt to rooting the continuous process of reading and receiving from the time of the prophecy to our time by standing with the texts of receiving the Companions - may God be pleased with them - from the Prophet - may God bless him and grant him peace - and receiving the followers of the Companions - may God be pleased with them - by presenting some selected effects and deriving their general benefits in Requirement, and then for receiving and reading in another requirement; This is to know the document of the readers ’paths in our time and the extent of their agreement with the authorized or silent project, or its violation of it, and this was done to me in the praise of God in an introduction, two studies and a conclusion that were included in the results, which include practical evidence of the importance of the legal rooting of our paths, and highlighting clear evidence of the correctness of what most readers practice Our time during the receiving process, explaining the importance of the practical year in understanding Islam and controlling the paths of Muslims, and the need to take care of the terms and adjust them to a sound understanding of science And concluded with useful practical recommendations.
