الإشارات الأصولية في عصر الصحابة رضي الله عنهم -أمثلة ونماذج-

الملخص
إن بداية علم أصول الفقه كان في النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم من خلال بعض معالمه من كتاب الله تعالى ومن سنته صلى الله عليه وسلم، ثم جاء عصر الصحابة رضي الله عنهم؛ حيث أخذوا مبادئ هذا العلم عملا من خلال مصاحبتهم للنبي صلى الله عليه وسلم؛ حيث نجد أن الصحابة رضي الله عنهم وظفوا بعض النماذج العملية لعلم أصول الفقه في عباداتهم ومعاملاتهم، وفي هذا إشارات أصولية بأن أطوار هذا العلم بدأ في عصرهم تبعا لعصر النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قبل عصر التدوين، فبعض الصحابة كانوا على قدر كبير من الاجتهاد المسائل العلمية وفي طلب الحديث والفقه ونشره وتعليمه، والخلفاء الراشدون بالأخص، وكان الصحابة متفاوتين في درجة العلم والفقه، يحرصون على تطبيق الإسلام في حياتهم؛ فنتج عن هذا ثراء علمي أسس فيما بعد لتدوين علم أصول الفقه والعلوم المختلفة الأخرى، مما يدل على سبق الصحابة في إعطاء إشارات ومعالم لهذا العلم وغيره. Abstract : The beginning of the science of the origins of the doctrine was in the age of the Prophet (PBUH), through some of its features from the Book of Allah Almighty and His Sunnah, and then the Age of the Companion came to God's satisfaction; They took the principles of this science in an act by accompanying the Prophet (PBUH); That we find the companions employed some practical models of the science of the origins of jurisprudence in their worship and transactions. This is a fundamentalist sign that the phases of this science began in their age according to the Prophet's Age before the age of codification. Some of the companions were very diligent in scientific matters and in the request for talk and jurisprudence, dissemination and teaching, and adult successors in particular. Companions were uneven in the degree of science and jurisprudence, keen to apply Islam in their lives; This resulted in scientific wealth, which was later founded to codify the science of jurisprudence and other different sciences, indicating the companions' predecessors in giving references and features to this and other sciences.
