تأملات في نصوص التلقي والإقراء )دراسة تأصيلية استنباطية من النصوص القرآنية)

الملخص
ملخص البحث البحث محاولة استنباطية لفوائد آيات التلقي والأداء القرآني العامة والخاصة، بعد سردها بشكل متسلسل، ثم إعمالُ النظر في هداياتها وصريح دلالاتها وإشاراتها ونحو ذلك، مما يُعدُّ تأصيلا لمسالك القراء المهتدين، ثم ترتيبُ هذه الفوائد مقسمةً إلى مبحثين بارزين: الأول: خُصِّص لفوائد عامة لا تختص بالتلقي والإقراء فقط. وقد اندرج تحته تسعة مطالب. والثاني: فوائد تتعلق بفقه التلقي والأداء وآداب ذلك. وقد اندرج تحته ثمانية مطالب. وقد قدمتُ بين يدي ذلك بمقدمة وتمهيد عرضت فيه لمصطلحات البحث (التلقي والإقراء) وما يقرب منها (العرض والسماع والأداء والتلقين والإجازة) لضمان الفهم السليم للنصوص ولكلام أهل العلم المستبصرين، ثم ختمتُ - بعد ذلك - بخاتمة لخصت فيها أهمَّ نتائج البحث وأوصيت فيها ببعض التوصيات النافعات إن شاء الله . والله الموفق وهو يهدي السبيل. Abstract This research is a deductive attempt to deduce the benefits of both public and special verses and Quranic performance , after recounting and listing them in a sequential manner. Then, the realization of the consideration of its guidance and its signs which are considered the foundation and rooting to the paths of readers. Then , I ordered these benefits into two prominent topics: the first has been allocated to the general benefits which is not limited in receiving and reading only. The first topic has nine demands. The second: the benefits of Jurisprudence of receiving and performance which has eight demands. I made an introduction and a preface in which I presented the terms of the research (receiving and reading) and some other terms such as (presentation, listening, performance, indoctrination and license ; permit and allowing) in order to ensure a proper understanding to the Quranic and prophetic texts and the words of the scholars. Then, I concluded with a conclusion to summarize the most important results of the research and recommended some useful recommendations, Only Allah leads to prosperity and guides to the straight path
