الملخص

الملخص: لقد أصبح موضوع العنف ضد المرأة سواء كان ذلك عنف جسدي أو لفضي محل اهتمام لدى الدولة الجزائرية ، و مرد هذا القلق هو تطور عدد المعنفات من سنة إلى أخرى مصرح بها ، من شأنه في بعض الأحيان يؤدي بحياة المرأة ، أما غير مصرح بها فهو أكبر عدد من مصرح به يرجع هذا الكتمان إلى طبيعة المجتمع الجزائري لاعتباره من الأسرار العائلية رغم تقدم الوعي و الإدراك لحجم المشكلة وآثارها الجانبية، ويعد العنف ضد المرأة بمختلف أشكاله إهدار لحقوق المرأة والتقليل من شأنها كونها إنسان ذات مشاعر وكيان تستطيع التعبير عن مكنوناتها و حقوقها وإبداء برأيها والمساهمة في تنمية أسرتها ثم بلدها،و الهدف من هذه الدراسة معرفة اتجاهات العنف ضد المرأة في الدولة الجزائرية، من أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها يتزايد العنف ضد المرأة الجزائرية من سنة إلى أخرى، العامل الرئيسي في العنف هو الزوج، انتهاج الزوجة لسياسة الصمت تجاه ما تعانيه من العنف، يزيد من تفاقم الوضع ، يمس العنف فئة المتعلمات وحتى الأميات . الكلمات المفتاحية: العنف ؛ العنف ضد المرأة. Abstract: Violence against women; be it verbal or non-verbal has become a crucial and highly considered topic by the Algerian government. What raises the issue is the increasing announced number of female victims of physical and emotional violence, this number is incomparable with the unannounced one. The women’s refusal to report such inhuman act is due to the conservative nature of the Algerian society which considers this kind of problem a family matter to be kept only inside it despite its awareness of the graveness and consequences of the said problem. It is known that violence against women is a violation to their rights and underestimation of their importance in society. We must also open our minds to the fact that the woman is a human being in the first place and that she has feelings and a mind of her own. She is always free to express her thoughts and emotions, she is also able to contribute in the sustainable development of her family, society, and country. The aim of this case study is to have a better knowledge about the aspects of violence against women in Algeria. Unfortunately, the main results of this study are that the violence is increasing each year, that its main factor is the husband ( in case of marriage), and that due to women’s silence, the situation is only getting worse to reach both educated and uneducated women all equally.  Keywords: Violence; Violence against women.
