النسق العمراني لولاية تبسة بين واقع البنية التجارية وحتمية التنظيم الاداري الأخير

الملخص
تهدف الدراسة لمعرفة مدى التوافق بين الواقع الذي تفرضه البنية التجارية للنسق العمراني لولاية تبسة مع حتمية تنظيمها الاداري الأخير الذي تضمنه المرسوم الرئاسي 19-328 المؤرخ في 8 ديسمبر 2019 المتضمن احداث مقاطعات ادارية داخل بعض الولايات، لذلك كان من الضروري اخضاع المحلات التجارية التي تم احصاؤها ميدانيا خلال الفترة الممتدة بين سنتي 2017 و2018م لإختبارات مجالية، ولقد اثبتت التوافق بين البينة التجارية ومستويات التنظيم الاداري على مستوى مقر الولاية ومقرات المقاطعات الادارية واختلالها على مستوى مقرات الدوائر والبلديات. The study aims to discover the compatibility between the reality imposed by the commercial structure of the urban system of the province of Tébessa with the imperative of its last administrative organization fell under presidential decree 19-328 of December 8, 2019, creating the administrative districts in some wilayas, it was therefore necessary to submit the stores identified between 2017 and 2018 to spatial tests, and this demonstrated the compatibility between the commercial structure and the levels of administrative organization at the headquarters of the wilaya and the headquarters of the administrative districts and its imbalance at the level of departmental and municipal seats. L'étude vise à découvrir la compatibilité entre la réalité imposée par la structure commerciale du system urbain de la wilaya de Tébessa avec l'impératif de sa dernière organisation administrative Qui relevait du décret présidentiel 19-328 du 8 décembre 2019, portant la création de circonscriptions administratives dans certains wilayas, il était donc nécessaire de soumettre les magasins qui ont été Recensés entre 2017 et 2018 a des tests spatiaux, et il a démontré la compatibilité entre la structure commerciale et les niveaux d'organisation administrative au siège de la wilaya et au sièges des circonscriptions administratives et son déséquilibre au niveau des sièges départementals et municipals.
