واقع التعليم الجامعي عن بعد عبر الانترنت في ظل جائحة كورونا (دراسة ميدانية على عينة من الطلبة بالجامعات الجزائرية)

الملخص
ملخص جاء هذا البحث لتسليط الضوء على واقع التعليم الجامعي عن بعد، في ظل ظروف إستثنائية فرضتها الحالة الوبائية نتيجة تفشي فيروس كورونا المستجد، في الجزائر بداية من شهر مارس 2020 ، مما إستدعى تبني وزارة الصحة الجزائرية لمجموعة من الإجراءات تندرج ضمن تطبيق الحجر الصحي، كانت من بين أهم قراراتها تعليق الدراسة بجميع الأطوار، وكحل بديل لإتمام الموسم الدراسي قامت وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي، بإعتماد نظام التعليم الجامعي عن بعدـ، من خلال إدراج منصات على المواقع الرسمية للجامعات، يتم الولوج إليها عبر الأنترنت من قبل الطلبة والأساتذة على السواء. في هذا السياق قمنا بهذا البحث الميداني على عينة من الطلاب بالجامعات الجزائرية، لتقييم مدى فعالية هاته التجربة وتحديد أهم معالمها والمعوقات التي رافقتها ، بالإضافة إلى ماحققته كبديل عن الطريقة التقليدية في التعليم، وعن آفاقها من أجل تطوير مخرجات العملية في المستقبل. Abstract: This research came to highlight the reality of university education remotely, in light of the exceptional circumstances imposed by the epidemiological situation as a result of the outbreak of the new Corona virus, in Algeria beginning in March 2020, which necessitated the adoption of a set of measures within the application of the quarantine of the Algerian Ministry of Health. Among its most important decisions is to suspend all stages of study, and as an alternative to completing the academic season, the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has adopted a university education system remotely, by listing platforms on the official websites of universities, accessed via the Internet by students and professors alike. In this context, we carried out this field research on a sample of students in Algerian universities, to assess the effectiveness of this experiment and determine the most important features and obstacles that accompanied it, in addition to achieving it as an alternative to the traditional method of education and its prospects for the development of process outcomes in the future Key words: Educational Technology, : Educational E-Learning, The epidemic, The pandemic , Corona Virus
