الملخص
الملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على طبيعة العلاقة بين التوافق المهني والتوافق الزواجي لأساتذة التعليم المتوسط بولايتي ورقلة و إدرار الجزائر ، اعتمدت عينة الدراسة على (90) استاذا للتعليم المتوسط من مختلف مناطق الولايتين ، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة من مجتمع الدراسة، تمثلت أدوات الدراسة في مقياسين الأول لقياس التوافق المهني الذي اعده بوعزيز محمد والثاني لقياس التوافق الزواجي من إعداد الباحثة براهيمي اسماء. استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي ، و المعالجات الإحصائية بواسطة SPSS20. وقد أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى الآتي : وجود علاقة موجبة وقوية بين التوافق المهني والتوافق الزواجي لدى اساتذة التعليم المتوسط حيث بلغ معامل الارتباط (R=0.38) وارتفاع في مستوى التوافق المهني بنسبة (73%) والتوافق المهني بنسبة (63%) كما خلصت الدراسة الى عدم و وجود اختلاف في التوافق الزواجي تعزى متغيرات ( السن ، والجنس وسنوات الزواج) ووجود فروق في التوافق الزواجي تعزى للمنطقة . Abstract: This study aimed to identify the nature of the relationship between professional and marital Adjustment for Middle School teachers in the states of Ouargla and Adrar Algeria. The study sample relied on (90) professors of Middle School from different regions of the two states, they were chosen in a simple random way from the study community, the study tools were In two measures, the first to measure professional Adjustment prepared by Bouaziz and the second to measure marital Adjustment, prepared by the researcher Brahimi Asma. The researcher used descriptive method and statistical treatments by SPSS20. The results of the study indicated the following: There is a strong and positive relationship between career and marital Adjustment among for Middle School teachers where the correlation coefficient reached (R = 0.38) and an increase in the level of professional Adjustment by (73%) and professional Adjustment by (63%) as the study concluded that Lack and difference in marital harmony are attributable to variables (age, gender and years of marriage), and the presence of differences in marital harmony are attributed to the region.
