الملخص
Abstract: This study aims at shedding light on the extent to which the principles of TQM applied to the hospital institution "Dr. Ben Zerjeb". To achieve this, the questionnaire was adopted. The questionnaire was distributed to a sample of 40 employees at the hospital "Dr. Ben Zerjab". The study reached several results, the most important of which are that the working conditions of the employees achieve acceptable levels, especially with regard to training and motivation, the hospital is working to improve the health services provided. Through these results it can be said that the hospital institution "Dr. Ben Zerjab" is required to study its internal and external environment to find out the most important requirements for the implementation of the principles of total quality management.
