ملخص و لأن مواكبة التقدم الحاصل في كل المجالات الزم الباحثين و القائمين في مجال التعليمية و تعليمية اللغات بشكل خاص على تحديث الأساليب و الآليات و المناهج الملائمة للتعليم و التعلم الجيد للقراءة باللغات ألأجنبية، معيدين بذالك النظر في وظيفة الأستاذ من جهة و في مكانة الطالب من جهة اخرى لتحقيق تعليم حديث و تعلم استراتيجي مبني على تطوير الكفاءات و الذ ي يحمل الطالب المسؤولية في تكوين معارفه و هو تحت قيادة توجيهية مباشرة من أستاذه و قد يشاركه في هذه المهمة زملاؤه، اين تتضافر و تجتمع جهود الجميع و هم منتمين لفوج عمل واحد لتحقيق الأهداف المسطرة من العمل، مذللين بتعاونهم و بتكامل ادوارهم تلك الصعوبات التي قد تواجههم فينتقلون بذالك من المسؤولية الفردية التي اعتادوها الى المسؤولية المشتركة الجماعية. فماذا نعني اذن بالعمل ألجماعي و ما هي الشروط التي يتوجب اتباعها من طرف الاستاذ لجعل الطالب و الفوج يحققون عمل مشترك ايجابي و فهم نص ادبي من النوع القصصي و اعادة ترتيبه. الكلمات المفتاحية: العمل الجماعي؛ اساسيات الدرس المبني على العمل الجماعي؛ الترابط ألإيجابي؛ تكامل الأدوار؛ توحيد الجهود لفهم النص ؛ اذابة الفوارق. Abstract In order to keep up with the progress made in all fields, researchers, educators and language educators have been particularly obliged to update the appropriate methods, mechanisms and curricula for education and good reading in the foreign languages, and they have to consider the position of the professor on the one hand and the position of the student on the other In order to achieve modern education and strategic learning based on the development of competencies, the student is responsible for the formation of his or her knowledge and is under the direct guidance of his teacher, and may share this task with his colleagues where the efforts of all and those belonging to one work group combine to achieve the goals set by Work is humiliating with their cooperation and by integrating their roles, those difficulties that they may face, moving away from the individual responsibility they used to the collective joint responsibility. So what do we mean by working together and what conditions must be followed by the teacher to make the student and the regiment achieves a positive common work, understanding a literary text. key words: Teamwork; lesson basics based on teamwork; positive bonding; role integration; combining efforts to understand text; solving differences Résumé Parce que se tenant au courant des progrès dans tous les domaines, les chercheurs et ceux qui sont impliqués dans le domaine de l'éducation et de l'apprentissage des langues en particulier sont obligés de mettre à jour les méthodes, les mécanismes et les programmes appropriés à l'éducation et au bon apprentissage de la lecture dans les langues étrangères, ce qui les à conduit a revoir la mission et le travail du professeur d'une part et la position de l'étudiant d'autre part pour réaliser une éducation moderne et un apprentissage stratégique basé sur le développement des compétences, qui tient l'étudiant responsable de la formation de ses connaissances et est sous la direction directe de son professeur, et ses collègues peuvent partager cette mission où ils se combinent et s'entraide les efforts de tous, qui appartiennent à une même cohorte de travail, pour atteindre les objectifs assigné du travail, en sarmentant ainsi par leur coopération et l'intégration de leurs rôles, les difficultés qui peuvent les affronter, et ils passent de cette responsabilité individuelle ou ils sont habitués à la responsabilité collective commun. Alors, qu'entendons-nous par le travaille en équipe et quelles sont les conditions que doit respecter l'enseignant pour que l'élève et la cohorte se remplissent un Travail commun positif, et une compréhension d'un texte littéraire de type narratif.
