الملخص

This study highlights the policy of AKP, and the internal and external transformations of Turkey in which it sought to crystallize its multidimensional foreign policy in the context of the strategic depth doctrine of Turkey's foreign policy of, Ahmad Daoudoglu. Therefore, the Turkish foreign ministry has endeavored in the new direction and its openness to Africa since 1998 to adopt a set of principles that define its dealings with African countries to determine an active and positive role in the African continent.
