المرأة والرياضة في الوطن العربي: شرعية الطموح وحتمية العزوف

الملخص
Abstract The aim of this research is to dissect the reality of women's sport in the Arab world and in Algeria in particular. A reality governed by values and norms based on sex. .For this purpose we began by defining the concept "female sport" in the world and its historical course through the obstacles that it has managed to overcome thanks to the fierce struggles women's associations that have finally freed themselves from taboos and have thus managed to improve the status of sportswomen by placing her in positions of responsibility to guarantee a better balance between athletes and sportswomen at all levels. research through the writings on the theme, media and reports, have led to the observation that women's sport remains hampered by several obstacles including gender stereotypes and categorizations, masculinity versus femininity, which often pushes them to step back despite the legitimacy of their ambition because of cultural, social and political obstacles. Résumé L’objectif de cette recherche est de disséquer la réalité du sport féminin dans le monde arabe et en Algérie en particulier. Une réalité régie par des valeurs et des normes fondées sur le sexe.A cette fin nous avons commencé par définir le concept “sport féminin” dans le monde et son parcours historique à travers les obstacles qu’il a réussi à surmonter grâce aux luttes acharnées des associations féminines qui ont fini par se libérer des tabous et sont donc arrivées à améliorer le statut de la femme sportive en la plaçant à des postes de responsabilité pour garantir un meilleur équilibre entre les sportifs et les sportives à tous les niveaux.. Cependant nos recherches à travers les écrits sur le thème, les médias et les rapports, ont abouti au constat que le sport féminin reste entravé par plusieurs obstacles notamment les stéréotypes et les catégorisations sexuées, masculinité contre féminité, ce qui les pousse très souvent au recul malgré la légitimité de leur ambition en raison d’obstacles culturels, sociaux et politiques. ملخص هدفت هذه الورقة البحثية الى تشريح واقع المرأة الرياضية في الوطن العربي بصفة عامة والجزائر بصفة خاصة، واقع تحكمه القيم والمعايير والصور النمطية والتمييز بين الجنسين وعليه تم التطرق في البداية الى مفهوم الرياضة النسوية في العالم والمراحل التاريخية التي مرت بها والعقبات التي تجاوزتها بفضل النضال الدؤوب للجمعيات النسوية التي استطاعت التحرر من الأفكار المحافظة ومنه تحسين مكانة المرأة في مناصب المسئولية لضمان توازن أفضل فيما يتعلق بالقرارات الخاصة بها ودعم تواجدها على مستوى الوفود في المحافل الدولية. وقد توصل البحث الذي اعتمد بالأساس على كتب ومقالات و صحف وخاصة تقارير صادرة عن الهيئات الرياضية الدولية، الى أن الرياضة النسوية العربية والجزائرية بالرغم من شرعية الطموح الى ممارسة هذه الأنشطة الحيوية الا أن العزوف عنها أصبح واقعا لا مفر منه بسبب عوائق ثقافية، اجتماعية وسياسية.
