مجلة نصف سنوية محكّمة دولية متخصصة في مجال الدراسات الفلسفية وقضايا المنهج والترجمة الفلسفية، هي دورية ومجانية تصدر عن قسم العلوم الإنسانية بجامعة تلمسان، تراعي الدقة والعمق في إنجاز البحوث، وتسلط الضوء على مواضيع محددة سواء تعلق الأمر بسير الفلاسفة أو بالمواضيع الفلسفية المتنوعة، مما جعلها تخصص كل عدد من أعدادها لفيلسوف أو لإشكالية فلسفية ما، وهذا الذي يعطيها الطابع التخصصي وليس جمع مواضيع متفرقة، فهي تبحث في إشكاليات فلسفة الفعل والراهن واليومي وفلسفة الثقافة ونظريات المعرفة وتاريخ الفلسفة، والنظر الفلسفي للتحولات الجارية في عالمنا المعاصر، استنادا إلى مواقف الفلاسفة والمدارس المعروفة في الفلسفة منها. -تعتمد مجلة منيرفا في أعدادها على ملفات خاصة تعالج إشكاليات فلسفية معينة، بهدف ضبط الدراسات وتعمق بالبحث في موضوع له جغرافية معرفية محددة، حتى تحصل على دراسات مختلفة الطرح ووجهات النظر مختلفة.
