الاْنتربول كآلية دولية شرطية لمكافحة جريمة الفساد

الملخص
الملخص يعتبر الفساد من الجرائم الشائكة والمعقدة ، والمرتبطة بعدة جرائم أخرى ،فالتطور في مجال المواصلات والاتصالات الدولية أصبح من السهل على أي مجرم أن يرتكب عدة جرائم في بلدان مختلفة ويهرب إلى دولة أخرى كما أن الواقع العملي اثبت أن أي دولة بمجهودها المنفرد لا تستطيع القضاء على أي جريمة كانت ومن ثمة أصبحت في حاجة ماسة إلى كيان دولي ، يأخذ على عاتقه مهمة محاربة الجرائم ككل والفساد خاصة ، كما تتعاون من خلاله أجهزة الشرطة في البلاد المختلفة ؛خاصة عن طريق تبادل المعلومات المتعلقة بالجريمة والمجرم بأقصى سرعة ويتمثل هذا الجهاز في منظمة الشرطة الجنائية الدولية ( الأنتربول ).هذا الأخير الذي قرر منذ 2007 جعل مكافحة الفساد من أولوياته. الكلمات المفتاحية :الانتربول ، مكافحة الفساد ، الجهود الدولية. Abstract Corruption is considered from a thorny and complex crimes, and it associated with several other crimes Progress in the area of transportation and international communication it became easier for any offender to commit a several offences in different countries and flee to other countries moreover , scientific reality provied that any state can't eradicated any crime , Moreover, scientific reality provied that any state can't eradicated any crime with her own effor ,And then it became in urgent need to international entity to take a mission of crimes fighting at large and corruption in particular Also through it police cooperates in different countries specially by way of exchange of information on crime and criminal as full speed, this organ is criminal police organization (Interpol) This last one which decided since 2007 make fight against corruption of its priorities Keywords : Interpol,corruption fighting, International efforts.
