الالتزام بالمطابقة في مجال الصناعة الغذائية

الملخص
الملخص لقد عرفت أنشطة المؤسسات الاقتصادية الجزائرية في مجال الصناعية الغذائية رواجا ضخما، غير أنها اعتمدت في عملية الإنتاج والتصنيع على توفير الكم في السلع مع إهمال تحقيق صحة وأمن المستهلك، عبر احترام التزام المطابقة في هذه المنتجات. من هذا المنطق جاءت هذه الدراسة لتسليط الضوء على الترسانة القانونية الجديدة في مجال مطابقة المنتجات، ثم مدى احترامها من قبل هذه المؤسسات الصناعية. Résumé Les activités des entreprises économiques algériennes dans le domaine de l'industrie alimentaire des consommateurs ont connu une immense ampleur ;en revanche ;ces entreprises ont privilégié de réaliser la quantité de fabrication tout en négligeant d'atteindre la santé et la sécurité du consommateur. Ainsi cette étude vise à révéler et traiter les nouvelles lois liées à la conformité des produits et si ces dernières sont respectées parce entreprises industrielles? ABSTRACT Algerian economic activities companies have been growing in the field of food industry consumer; these companies adopted to realize only the quantity but not conformity in production and industry food by the way they neglect the health and safety of consumers. so, this study aims to analyze the new laws of conformity in food industry and if are they respected by these industrial companies?
