الملخص
تناقش الباحثة أهمية وكالات الأنباء كوسيلة يعتمد عليها الأفراد و وسائل الإعلام كمصدر للمعلومات و خاصًة المتعلقة بقضايا الإرهاب التي أصبحت من القضايا الآنية و الجدلية واسعة الانتشار على مستوى العالم. وقد اعتمدت الباحثة على منهج المسح الإعلامي في اختيارها للعينة مستخدمة أداتي التحليل الاستقرائي لسياسات وكالات الأنباء والتحليل البنائي لمواقع كلا من وكالة "الاسوشتيد برس" و "رويترز" و وكالة أنباء الأناضول فيما تعرضه من مضامين تتعلق بأحداث الإرهاب، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج تتضمن نتيجة مؤداها: تتفوق وكالات الأنباء "الاسوشتيد برس" و"رويترز" على وكالة الأناضول من ناحية وجود مبادئ راسخة و تعليمات و سياسات واضحة مرشدة لمحرريها، تجعل من سياساتها مرشدًا لوكالات الأنباء الأخرى، وتضفي عليها شخصية مميزة من أهم سماتها المصداقية والموضوعية والحيادية في تناولها لأية قضية أو خبر الملخص باللغة الانجليزية: Abstract : Analysis of the policies of international news agencies on terrorism issues The researcher discusses the importance of news agencies as a means of relying on individuals and the media as a source of information, especially on terrorism issues. Which has become dialectic, timely and widespread issue around the world. The researcher relied on Media Survey Methodology using Inductive analysis of the policies of the news agencies on terrorism issues and Structural analysis of the sites of the Associated Press, Reuters and the Anatolia Agency regarding their handling of these issues. The study reached that The Associated Press and Reuters news agencies outperform the Anatolian agency in terms of well-established principles, clear policies and guidelines for its editors, making its policies a guide for other news agencies, and giving it a distinctive personality that is of the highest credibility, objectivity and neutrality in dealing with any issue
