تقییم تنظیمات التقاعد في أوربا من خلال التجربة البریطانیة

الملخص
مرت جمیع الدول الأوروبیة بنفس الحقبة التاریخیة، الشيء الذي ألقى بظلاله على الحمایة الاجتماعیة في هاته الدول وخاصة ما یتعلق منه بنظام التقاعد، ، فمن جانب الولادات عرفت هذه الأخیرة ضعف ما بین الحرب العالمیة الأولى والثانیة، ثم قفزة نوعیة بعد الحرب العالمیة الثانیة ثم انخفاض ،(Baby-boom) وهذا ما یسمى ب تدریجي في الولادات بدایة من فترة التسعینات، كذلك مرورها المت ا زمن خلال السنوات الأخیرة بنفس الأزمات الإقتصادیة، كل هذا أثر إلى حد كبیر على تنظیمات التقاعد في أوروبا والتي عرفت عجز وعدم استق ا رر، وتعد بریطانیا إحدى هاته الدول التي تمزج في تنظیماتها التقاعدیة بین التوزیع والرسملة والتي لات ا زل تعاني من عجز في تسییر وتمویل تنظیماتها إلى حد الیوم، لذا سیتم من خلال هذه الورقة البحثیة تقییم أهم تنظیمات التقاعد المعتمدة في أوروبا من خلال د ا رسة تقییمیة للتجربة البریطانیة.
