L’ouverture Du Ciel Algérien à La Concurrence

Résumé
Beyond the problem of the opening or not the air transport in Algeria to the Algerian and foreign private investors which remains composed, the opening of the Algerian sky in the competition(competitors) establishes(constitutes) at present a hardly debated subject. States and regional organizations do not stop putting pressure on Algeria for that purpose. The United States for the line Algiers New York, the European Union, the countries of the Arabian Gulf and the countries of the Maghreb in particular regularly try again there The International organization of the Civil aviation (ICAO) subscribes to it naturally. The oppositions, at the moment, concerned Algerian authorities, at the idea of the open sky mainly (total opening of the sky) relieved in it by Air Algeria could not infinitely resist the pressures إلى جانب مشكلة فتح أو عدم فتح النقل الجوي في الجزائر للمستثمرين الخواص سواء الجزائريين والأجانب الذي لا يزال مطروح، فإن فتح سماء الجزائر للمنافسة موضوع مثير للجدل حاليًا. إذتواصل الدول والمنظمات الإقليمية في ممارسة الضغط على الجزائر لتحقيق هذا الغرض. فالولايات المتحدة من أجل خط الجزائر العاصمة ونيويورك، والاتحاد الأوروبي، ودول الخليج العربي، وبلدان المغرب العربي تعاود الضغط بانتظام على الجزائر، وتؤيد المنظمة الدولية للطيران المدني (ICAO) ذلك بطبيعة الحال. إن معارضة السلطات الجزائرية المعنية، في الوقت الحاضر، لفكرة السماء المفتوحة بشكل رئيسي (الفتح الكلي للسماء) لا يمكنها الاستمرار إلى أجل غير مسمى.
