الملخص

لاشك أن التشريع الإسلامي يزخر بكم هائل من القيم والمبادئ والتطبيقات و التي تجعلنا أن نقيم نموذجا متكاملا وشاملا لتنمية المورد البشري ،لأنه في الأصل هو صلب ،خلق هذا الكون والمحور الذي تدور حوله الحياة برمتها ،وقد عنى التشريع الإسلامي بهذا الإنسان ،ووضع تحت تصرفه كل مقدرات الأرض من خيرات مادية ومعنوية ،وأرفقها بعدد من الرسالات السماوية التي تعتبر أهم موجه ومرشد ودليل في سعي الإنسان في حياته الدنيوية والأخروية. Summary: There is no doubt that Islamic legislation is full of huge amounts of values, principles and applications, and that impels us to make an integrated and comprehensive model for the development of human resource, because it originally is the core of the creation of the universe and the axis of the whole life .Islamic legislation is concerned with human and put at his disposal all the capacities of the land including physical and moral bounties, and it attached them to a number of the heavenly messages that are most important guide in the human pursuit in his worldly and other worldly life.
