الرقابة التنظيمية وعلاقتها بعقلنة إدارة الوقت

الملخص
تهدف الدراسة الراهنة الى محاولة تسليط الضوء على تأثير الرقابة التنظيمية على عقلنة ادارة الوقت في المنظمات الجزائرية ،والرقابة التنظيمية هي ذلك التركيب من قوانين ولوائح ونظام اشراف الذي تطبقه المنظمة من اجل الوصول الى تادية المهام بشكل، ويشير مفهوم ادارة الوقت الى علم استثمار الزمن بشكل فعال، وهي عملية قائمة على التخطيط والتنظيم والتنسيق والتحضير والتوجيه والمتابعة والاتصال، وهي عملية كمية ونوعية معًا في ذات اللحظة، إنما هي أساسا موجهة إلى المستقبل وتقوم باستشراف آفاقه والتنبؤ به والوقوف على مساره واتجاهاته والدروب المختلفة الموصلة للأهداف، ومن ثم فإن الطريق إلى المستقبل يركز على حسن اختيار بدائل الحاضر واتخاذ الحاضر لقاعدة انطلاق الى المستقبل، فحسن إدارة الوقت في المستقبل تعني التخطيط لذلك في الحاضر وعملية التخطيط في إدارة الوقت تعني السيطرة شبه الكاملة على كل شيء ، وذلك لتحقيق الاهداف المسطرة ومن اهمها هي تحقيق الاهداف التي بدورها تعبر عن مدى وحجم الجهد والعمل الممارس من طرف المنظمة، لذلك سنحاول تسليط الضوء على ما مدى هذا تأثير الرقابة التنظيمية على عقلنة ادارة الوقت. Résumé : The present study aims to shed light on the impact of regulatory control on the rationality of time management in Algerian organizations. Regulatory control is the structure of rules, regulations, and supervisory system applied by the organization in order to achieve tasks in a manner. , Which is a process based on planning, organization, coordination, preparation, guidance, follow-up and communication, which is a quantitative and qualitative process together at the same moment, but is mainly directed towards the future and is looking forward to and anticipating its horizons and trends. The future path means planning for it in the present and planning process in the time management means almost complete control over everything, in order to achieve the objectives of the most important of which Is to achieve goals that in turn reflect the extent and magnitude of the effort and work carried out by the organization, so we will try to highlight the extent to which this effect of regulatory control on the rationality of time management.
