Résumé

The infringement(achievement) of a competitive advantage in banking services passes by the improvement of the quality of the service(performance). In this sense(direction), the contributions of information technologies and communication ICTS(INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES) establish (constitute) a major evolution in banking services. Today the activity electronic banking returns in game(set,play) and becomes a necessity because it establishes(constitutes) an instrument which favorably meets the requirements of the development, it is a way(means) of support(accompaniment) and implementation of marketing strategy. In brief she(it) establishes(constitutes) inevitably an average concrete of modernization of the banking sector.
