الملخص
Tlemcen is characterized by natural privacy and a distinct geographic location, which has the potential to play important political and economic roles due to its agricultural capabilities and its hydraulic network which helps to diversify the products. Tlemcen has been a human reconstruction center throughout history, especially in the Zianid period where it was a political and cultural capital. The most important book we have come from the Zianid court is the pioneer of Tlemcen's history of politics and culture during the Zianid era, and the book Al-Zahr al-Bustan fi Dawlat Bani Zayyan.
