واقع أخلاقيات الأعمال وسبل ترسيخها في الشركات الصناعية العاملة في قطاع غزة

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى واقع أخلاقيات الأعمال وسبل ترسيخها في الشركات الصناعية في قطاع غزة، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، والاستبانة كأداة لجمع بيانات الدراسة، وتم توزيع (55) استبانة على مجتمع الدراسة المتمثل في الشركات الصناعية العاملة في قطاع غزة، وتم استرداد (44) استبانة، بنسبة استرداد (80%). وتوصلت الدراسة لعدة نتائج أهمها: - تمارس أخلاقيات الأعمال في الشركات الصناعية العاملة في قطاع غزة بصورة مقبولة. - وجود علاقة طردية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين كل من (الرقابة الذاتية، القدوة الحسنة، تقييم الموظفين، ووضع أنظمة دقيقة) وترسيخ أخلاقيات الأعمال في الشركات الصناعية العاملة في قطاع غزة. وأوصت الدارسة بعدة توصيات أهمها: - ضرورة رفع مستوى الوعي بأهمية أخلاقيات الأعمال في المنظمات. - تطوير ميثاق أخلاقي يلزم المدراء والعاملين على حد سواء التقيد به أثناء ممارستهم لعملهم. - الاهتمام بالملتزمين أخلاقياً ومنحهم المكافآت المادية والمعنوية التي يستحقونها. The study was based on the reality of business ethics and ways of establishing them in the Palestinian companies. The study of the analytical descriptive method and the use of post-graduate studies (60) were used to identify the study society represented by the industrial companies operating in the Gaza Strip. ). The study of several results is the most important: - The business ethics of the industrial companies operating in the Gaza Strip are acceptable. - The existence of a positive relationship of statistical significance between (supervision, evaluation of work, management of micro systems) and the establishment of business ethics in the industrial companies operating in the Gaza Strip. The study recommended several recommendations, the most important of which are: Raise awareness of the highest ethics of business in organizations. - Develop an ethical charter that requires both managers and employees to adhere to it while practicing their work. - Pay attention to those who are morally committed and give them the material and moral rewards they deserve
