تصرّف الرّواة في الروايات التفسيرية وأثره على التفسير (الرواية بالمعنى أنموذجا)

الملخص
الملخّص: لا شكّ أنّ الرّواية بالمعنى أو تصرّف الرواة في الرّوايات التفسيرية، وفي أسباب النّزول على وجه الخصوص قد يؤثّر على المؤدّى المعرفي للرّواية، وبالتّالي قد يؤثّر على عمليّة التفسير عند استلام النّص القرآني. هذه الدّراسة تحاول تسليط الضّوء على الاحتمال الذي يمكن فيه أن يؤثّر تصرّف الرواة في الروايات التفسيرية على عملية التفسير، ويستهدف الإجابة على الإشكال الآتي: هل كلّ تصرّف في الرواية التفسيرية من العالم بمواقع الخطاب ومعاني الألفاظ، منزّه عن الوقوع في الخطأ، ولا يؤدّي إلى تحريف المعنى الأصلي للنّص، وبالتّالي التأثير على عمليّة التّفسير ؟، وقد اعتُمد في هذا البحث على المنهج التحليلي النّقدي حيث استلمنا في نهاية الدراسة نتائج في غاية الأهمية منها: أنّ تصرّف الرواة في الروايات التفسيرية يمكن أن يؤثّر سلبًا على العمليّة التّفسيرية، بحيث قد تساهم الرواية التفسيرية المتصرّف فيها، في إنشاء فهمٍ آخر للنّص القرآني مخالف تماما للمراد الأصلي الذي أراده الشّارع الحكيم، أو على الأقل مخالف لما عليه عامّة أهل العلم في فهم الآية وتفسيرها. Abstract : There is no doubt that the transmitter’ disposal of the prophetic narratives that relate to the exegesis of Quran in particular the reason of the revelation may cause an influence on the meaning which lead to a direct effect on the interpretation of the Quranic text, this Study attempt to shed the light on the possibility of this effectiveness and its aims to answer the following question : is every disposal or any act of editing the exegesis narrative from someone who obtain the necessary knowledge of the literal context and the intended meaning can be consider infallible and therefore his disposal does not lead to a falsification of the text ?. This study moreover followed a critical analytical method as systematic approach. as a result of this, s a number of outcomes has been noticed such as: there is negative consequences may occur on the interpreted qur’anic text if it goes under a disposal act by the narrators which may lead to create a new, yet an alien understanding of the Quranic text and strange to what the text intended to deliver in the first place or incompatible to what has been understood by the scholars of Islamic tradition
