الطّائفيّة وأثرها في علم الجرح والتّعديل من خلال تطبيقات على أحكام الإمام أبي العرب القيرواني على الرّواة المبتدعة

الملخص
ملخص تحدّثنا في هذه المقالة عن استشكال أثاره البعض كدليل على عدم علمية الجرح والتّعديل، وناقشنا التّعريف على منهج أحد علماء المغرب في الحكم على الرّواة المبتدعة، وعنايته الفائقة وخاصّة بالمغاربة الذين قلّ ذكرهم في كتب غيره، وذكرنا تعريفا موجزا للإمام أبي العرب وبيّننا فيه عنايته الفائقة بتاريخ المغرب وإمامته في ذلك، وعرّفنا باختصار البدعة وأقسامهما وحكم الرّواة المبتدعة وذكرنا في ذلك الاستشكال وناقشناه من خلال ذكر المذاهب المختلفة للعلماء من القديم ليومنا هذا، ثمّ عرّجنا على الحالة العلميّة التي يعيشها الإمام أبو العرب وعدم تأثيرها في منهجه العلمي، وذكرنا أربعة فرق من المبتدعة المتواجدة في عصره، وختمنا المقالة بتطبيقات لأحكام الإمام أبي العرب على رواة مبتدعة مع مقارنتها بكلام غيره من المحدّثين والمؤرخين وخرجنا بخلاصة في الحكم على الرّاوي، وختمنا بنتائج أهمّا موافقة الإمام أبي العرب بجرح الرّاوي الذي كفر ببدعته وقبول ما عداه إن توفرت في شروط العدالة كغيره، وانفرد الإمام أبو العرب بجرح كلّ مَن تعرّض للصّحابة، محاولاته المستميتة في الدّفاع عن المتهمين ورد الشّبه ما أمكن وأوصينا بالعناية بتراث المغاربة وتحقيقه والبحث في مناهجهم والتّنقيب عمّا انفردوا به فلعلها تزيل كثيرا من الاستشكالات المعاصرة. Abstract The article:In this article, we talked about a problem mentioned by Dr as an evidence of the lack of scientific wounding and modification, and we discussed Dr. Taha by getting acquainted with the methodology of one of the Moroccan scholars in judging innovated narrators, and his extreme care, especially for Moroccans who are rarely mentioned in other books.And we mentioned a brief definition of Imam Abi Al-Arab, in which he showed his keen interest in the history of Morocco and his imamate in this, and a brief introduction to. , also, we briefly defined the innovation and its divisions, the ruling of the innovated narrators, and we mentioned that confusion raised byl-, and we discussed it through mentioning the different doctrines of scholars from the ancient to the present day.Then we commented on the scientific situation that Imam Abu al-Arab lives in and its lack of influence on his scientific approach, and we mentioned four groups of innovators present in his era.We concluded the article with an application of the rulings of Imam Abu al-Arab on creative narrators, while comparing it with the words of the other modernists and historians, and we came up with a summary of the ruling on the narrator. Furthermore, we concluded with the most important results of the approval of Imam Abi Al-Arab by wounding the narrator who disbelieved in his innovation and accepting anything other than him if the conditions of justice are fulfilled like others, Imam Abu al-Arab was alone in wounding everyone who was subjected to the Companions, his desperate attempts to defend the accused, and he returned the similarity as much as possible. Finally, we recommended that we have to take care of the Moroccans, heritage and investigate it, research their curricula and excavate what they were alone in, so that it might remove many contemporary problems.
