كثافة البرامج الدراسية وتأثيرها على طرق التدريس في المرحلة الابتدائية -دراسة ميدانية في إبتدائيات تاجنانت ولاية ميلة-للسنة الدراسية2017-2018

الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن كثافة البرامج الدراسية وتأثيرها على طرق التدريس واستيعاب التلميذ في المرحلة الابتدائية، وذلك من خلال وضع التساؤلين التاليين: 1- هل البرنامج المكثف يؤثر على طرق التدريس في المرحلة الابتدائية؟ 2- هل كثافة البرامج الدراسية تعيق استيعاب تلميذ المرحلة الابتدائية؟ وللإجابة على التساؤلين تم اقتراح فرضيتين للوصول لأهداف الدراسة وهما: 1- يؤثر البرنامج الدراسي المكثف على طرق تدريس المعلم في المرحلة الابتدائية. 2- تعيق كثافة البرنامج الدراسي استيعاب تلميذ المرحلة الابتدائية. ولقد تم التطرق لذلك من خلال إتباع المنهج الوصفي، كمنهج مناسب للوصف والتحقق من تأكيد أو تفنيد الفرضيتين، مستخدمين تقنية استمارة الاستبيان كأداة لجمع المعطيات والمعلومات على عينة قدرت ب50 أستاذ تعليم ابتدائي في 3 إبتدائيات ببلدية تاجنانت ولاية ميلة، وبعد التحليل والتفسير أفرزت الدراسة عن النتائج التالية: - ظهور تأثير كثافة البرامج الدراسية كعائق في استيعاب تلميذ المرحلة الابتدائية للمعارف المقررة في المنهاج. - ظهور تأثير كثافة البرامج الدراسية على طرق تدريس المعلم. - انتهاج المدرس لأساليب أخرى لمساعدته على استكمال البرنامج، الرفع من نسبة استيعاب التلاميذ ومنها الساعات الإضافية. - تحضير التلميذ للدرس مسبقا، الصرامة الزائدة، كثرة النشاطات داخل وخارج القسم. Study Summary: The objective of this study is to reveal the intensity of the study programs and their impact on the teaching methods and the compréhension of the student in the primary stage by placing the following questions ?Does the intensive program affect primary school teaching methods - Does the intensity of school programs hinder the absorption of primary school pupils - To answer the questions, two hypotheses were proposed to reach the objectives of the study The intensive study program affects the teaching methods of the teacher in the primary stage - The intensity of the program hinders the absorption of the primary school pupil This has been addressed through the descriptive approach, An appropriate way to describe the confirmation or réfutation of the two assumptions Using the questionnaire technique as a tool for collecting data and information on a sample of 50 primary éducation teachers in 3 primary schools in the municipality of Tadjenant, the state of Mila. After analysis and interpretation, the study produced the following results: - The effect of the intensity of the study programs has been seen as an obstacle to the absorption of the students in the primary stage of knowledge established in the curriculum The effect of the intensity of the programs on the teaching methods of teacher- Teacher's adoption of other methods to help him complete the program; Increase students' absorption rate, including extra hours- prepare the student for the lesson in advance; Excessive rigor, frequent activities inside and outside the classroom,
