تقويم العملية التعليمية والتكوينية بالجامعات الجزائرية من وجهة نظر بعض أساتذة معهد التربية البدنية والرياضية دراسة ميدانية ببعض بمعهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية بجامعة زيان عاشور بالجلفة

الملخص
الملخص باللغة العربية: لقد حاولت وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي في العديد من السنوات السابقة تنشيط لقاءات محلية ووطنية حول التكوين البيداغوجي للأستاذ الجامعي بمختلف الجامعات ونحص بالذكر جامعة زيان عاشور بالجلفة.ورغم العدد الضئيل من الأساتذة الذين إنضموا الى هذه الخلية, كان من ﺃهدافها تحسيس الأستاذ الجامعي للمشاكل البيداغوجية والقيام ببحوث تربوية وبيداغوجية في مختلف الإختصاصات. إلا أنه لوحظ مع نقص وإنعدام التربصات إلى الخارج, بدﺃ بعض الأساتذة ينسحبون من هده الخلية وتوقفت نشاطاتها. فمن الأهداف المرجوة من الجامعة الجزائرية هو بدون شك المبادرة في تكوين الإطارات الكفاءة لبناء عملية التنمية وللوصول لهذا الهدف فمن الضروري السعي لتحقيق فعالية نظام التكوين العالي عن طريق ضمان المردودية القصوى لكافة الإستثمارات الممنوحة وإيجاد المؤهلات المناسبة لفرص العمل المعروضة من قبل القطاعات المستخدمة. وحتى يتحقق هذا المبدأ لابد من تشخيص المشكلات الناجمة عن ضعف التكوين في المنظومة التربوية بصفة عامة وفي الجامعة خصوصا, إذ أن نتيجة العملية التعليمية تقيم بمدى تأثير الخبرة التي تصنعها المؤسسة الجامعية على الحياة الإجتماعية والإقتصادية. نستنتج من هذا أن هنالك إرتباط وثيق بين نوع التكوين ووظيفته في المجتمع. وتتمثل تلك الوظيفة خاصة في نوع التأثير الذي يمارسه المردود التعليمي على النسق الإجتماعي والإقتصادي للمجتمع. ولهذا السبب يجب ﺃن نحرص على تتبع نتائج التكوين لمعرفة نوع التعلم الذي تحصل عليه طلبتنا ﺃثناء تكوينهم ومدى نجاحهم في أداء ما يوكل إليهم من مهن تقنية ومهام ثقافية ومسؤوليات إقتصادية وإجتماعية. وإفترضنا في بداية البحث ﺃن عملية التكوين الموجودة حاليا في جميع ﺃطوار التعليم وخاصة في الجامعة لم تصل إلى المستوى المطلوب في الاستجابة لظروف بيئتنا وإلى شروط البحث العلمي. الملخص باللغة الإنجليزية: The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has tried in many previous years to activate local and national meetings on the pedagogic formation of the university professor in various universities and mention the University of Xian Ashour in Djelfa. Despite the small number of professors who joined this cell, one of its objectives was to sensitize the university stadium to the pedagogic problems and to carry out pedagogical and pedagogical research in various disciplines. However, it was noted with the lack and lack of studs to the outside, began some professors withdraw from this cell and stopped its activities. One of the objectives of the Algerian University is undoubtedly the initiative to create the efficient framework for building the development process. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to seek the effectiveness of the system of higher training by ensuring the maximum return of all investments granted and finding suitable qualifications for the jobs offered by the sectors used. In order to achieve this principle, it is necessary to diagnose the problems caused by poor training in the educational system in general and in the university in particular, as the outcome of the educational process assesses the extent of the impact of the experience that the university institution makes on social and economic life. We conclude from this that there is a close correlation between the type of composition and its function in society. This function is particularly important in the type of impact that educational returns have on the social and economic structure of society. This is why we must be careful to follow the results of the composition to know the type of learning that our students get during their composition and the extent of their success in the performance of the tasks assigned to them from technical occupations and cultural tasks and economic and social responsibilities. At the beginning of the research, we assumed that the training process currently in place in all stages of education, especially at the university, did not reach the required level in response to the conditions of our environment and to the conditions of scientific research.
