الملخص
تهدف الدراسة الحاليةإلى التعرف على اتجاهات الهيئة التدريسية نحو مدى تبنىمبادئ إدارة الجودة الشاملة بكلية العلوم الانسانيةوالاجتماعيةبجامعةمعسكر، قد استخدم فيهاالمنهج الوصفي، وتكونت عينةالدراسةمن (120) أستاذ واستاذة بكلية العلوم الانسانيةوالاجتماعيةبجامعة معسكر.تم إعداداستمارة لقياس اتجاهاتالهيئة التدريسية نحومدى تبني مبادئ إدارة الجودةالشاملة من طرق الباحث، وثم التأكد من صدقهاوثباتها بتجريبهعلى عينة استطلاعية، وجرت المعالجة الاحصائيةباستخدامالبرنامج الاحصائي SPSS، وتوصلت الدراسة الى نتائج التالية: - وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في اتجاهات الهيئة التدريسية بكلية العلوم الانسانية والاجتماعيةبجامعة معسكر حول مدى تبني مبادئ إدارة الجودة الشاملة الجامعية. - عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيافياتجاهات الهيئة التدريسية حول مدى تبني مبادئ إدارة الجودة الشاملة تعزى لمتغير القسم. - عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في اتجاهات الهيئة التدريسية نحو مدى تبني مبادئ الجودة الشاملة تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخبرات. - عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في اتجاهات الهيئة التدريسية نحو مدى تبني مبادئ الجودة الشاملة تعزىلمتغير الرتبة العلمية. الكلمات المفتاحية: اتجاهات؛ أساتذة التعليم العالي؛ جودة التعليم العالي. Abstract: The presentstudyaims to identify the attitudes of the facultytowards the adoption of the principles of TQM in the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at the University of Mascara، where the descriptive approachwasused. The studysampleconsisted of (120) professors and professorsat the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences، A questionnaire wasprepared to measure the attitudes of the facultytowards the adoption of the principles of TQM from the researchermethods، and then to verifyitsvalidity and stability by experimentingwith a surveysample. Statistical analysis was carried out using the SPSS program. The study reached the following results: There are statistically significant differences in faculty attitudes at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at Camp University on the extent to which the principles of TQM are adopted. There are no statistically significant differences in faculty attitudes towards the extent to which TQM principles are adopted due to the variable of the department. There are no statistically significant differences in the attitudes of the faculty towards the adoption of the principles of total quality due to the variable years of experience. There are no statistically significant differences in the attitudes of the faculty towards the adoption of the principles of total quality due to the variable of scientific rank.
