الملخص
Abstract: This study aimed to determine the training needs of primary school teachers in the use of computer and the Internet skills from their own perspective. The study sample was (547) primary teacher in M'sila. After analysis of the data showed: that the majority of the training needs of this study considered training needs between medium and high level of primary school teachers, and the study showed a weak effect of variables: gender and qualification in the estimates for teachers training needs. Finally, in light of the study results and discussed the researcher propose some recommendations.
