الملخص
ملخص: أردت من خلال هذه الدراسة الوصول إلى حقيقة علمية، وهي أن لعلماء أصول الفقه في تواليفهم مقاصد، يتم الوصول إليها وفق مسالك، كما أن للشريعة مقاصد من أحكامها تحصل بمسالكها المعروفة، و أن هذه المسالك-لتحصيل مقاصد المؤلفين- كثيرة لم يتحصل لدينا بعد التتبع إلا ستة منها.وهي: المقدمات أو المداخل، والتعاريف، والتقسيمات، وضرب الأمثلة، والاستدلال، والفروق. Abstract : i try through this study,to show a scientific fact which is that scholars of jurisprudence have purposes in their works , and it is accessible according to routes besid the sharea also has the purposes of its ruling obtained in its known ways .the later is used for collecting the purposes of the authors . there are many end we just get six of them searching we mention it as follow :Introduction or enterances ,definitions,giving exemples,infenrence and differences.
