إشكالية دراسة النظم السياسية الأفريقية :الواقع والآفاق.

الملخص
تركز هذه الورقة على إشكالية دراسة النظم السياسية الأفريقية, إذ تسعى من خلال القراءة النقدية للأدبيات الرئيسة في مجال دراسة النظم السياسية الأفريقية إلى تحديد أهم المداخل النظرية والأطر التحليلية العامة.,بالإضافة إلى الإشكاليات المنهاجية والنظرية التي تطرحها دراسة هذه النظم, وخصوصا ظاهرة الانحياز المعرفي التي تشهدها مثل هذه الدراسات منذ عقود من الزمن, ومن ثم السعي إلى إحياء بعض المداخل والأطر والمفاهيم النظرية التي كانت تستخدم من قبل ويتم تجاوزها لأسباب تعزى إلى التغيرات المعرفية والتحولات الفكرية في حقل السياسة المقارنة عموما, وفي مجال السياسة الإفريقية على وجه الخصوص. The subject of this study concerns the problem of modern trends and the main literatures in the study of African political systems, so it seeks to identify the most important theoretical approaches and general analytical frameworks, as well as the methodological and theoretical problems posed by the study of these systems, especially the phenomenon of cognitive marginalization that has been known by such studies for many years . And the theoretical concepts that have been used before and are exceeded for reasons attributed to changes in knowledge and intellectual shifts in the field of comparative policy in general and in the field of African policy in particular, through focusing on two main points: - Research or questioning the existence of general or even partial theory of African political systems and the location of this theory in general theory of political systems. - focusing on a set of central issues such as the state and systems in the study of African politics, and some related concepts such as governance, civil society ... etc.
