الملخص
ركزت هذه الدراسة على توضيح مفهوم المقاولاتية، وأهم العوامل المؤثرة في تأسيس مشاريعها. وتوضيح مفهوم الإبتكار وعلاقته باستدامة هذه المشاريع. ومن خلال نموذج شركة "بيوت أجمل" السعودية وهي مشروع مقاولاتي طموح، توصلت الدراسة إلى أهمية الإبتكار وضرورته في عالم الأعمال لتحقيق ميزة تنافسية مستدامة لأي مشروع مهما كان مجال نشاطه، حيث هذه الميزة التنافسية المستدامة هي التي تقود لتحقيق استمرارية واستدامة هذه المشاريع. Abstract: This study focused on clarifying the concept of entrepreneurship and how the most important factors influence the establishment of entrepreneurial projects. Also, it explained the concept of innovation and its relationship with the sustainability of entrepreneurial projects. Through the Saudi model company "beautiful homes- “boyot ajmal", an ambitious entrepreneurial project, the study concluded with the importance of innovation and necessity in the business world, to achieve a sustainable competitive advantage for any project in whatever field of its activity.
