إماء الله في بيوت الله – نوازل الناشئة خارج ديار الإسلام-

الملخص
ناقش الباحث بعض أحكام المساجد المتعلقة بالمرأة المسلمة بالغرب، منها صلاة المرأة وسط الصفوف بين الرجال، ومسألة وجود الحائل وصلاة النساء في حجرات "منفصلة" وهل الرحبة المتصلة بالمسجد والمحوطة بسور لها حكم المسجد وأحكامه؟ وجعل في ذلك ثلاثة مطالب: الأول عن حاجتها للمسجد وإتيانها إليه، والثاني عن صفوف النساء ووضع حائل بينهن وبيت الرجال، والثالث عن المرأة الحائض وحكم مرورها بالمسجد ومكثها في مرافقه. وتوصل إلى أن حل الاشكال هو في إقامة المراكز الإسلامية مع تحديد واضخ للمسجد وفصله عن المرافق الزائدة عليه، The researcher deliberated over several rules in mosques concerning Muslim women in the West, such as women praying in the midst of men in congregational rows, the issue of barriers and women praying in "separate" chambers, and whether the adjacent courtyard connected to the mosque and enclosed by a fence has the same status as the mosque and its regulations. Does the courtyard adjacent to the mosque and enclosed by a wall have the same status and rules as the mosque itself? Consequently, the researcher put forward three essential topics: the first concerned women's right to access and attend the mosque, the second about the appropriate arrangement of women's rows and creating a barrier between them and the men's section, and the third about the rules regarding menstruating women's presence in the mosque. Ultimately, the researcher proposed establishing Muslim centers with a designated mosque area that is separate from non-mosque facilities to resolve the issue.
