الملخص
The doctrine of the Algerian state is linked to the Maliki doctrine. It is the doctrine of the Algerian state and its jurisprudential and juridical authority. This association was not the product of modern Algeria but extends to the period of the Islamic states that preceded the arrival of the Ottomans. The continuity of the Maliki doctrine in Algeria throughout the ages was not a coincidence
