الملخص
ملخص: إن الأهمية العلمية والعملية لهذا المقال تكمن في مقاربته للظاهرة الديمقراطية للأحزاب السياسية الجزائرية من خلال النصوص التنظيمية (قانون أساسي، نظام داخلي)، حيث نحاول البحث عن الأسباب العميقة لأزمة الممارسة الديمقراطية داخل الأحزاب السياسية الجزائرية الثلاثة (RCD ،MSP، FLN) كعينة للدراسة التحليلية، مستعملين منهج تحليل المضمون لتكل النصوص، والتي ستساعد في الوقوف عند طبيعة الأحزاب السياسية وحقيقة واقع تجانس أو تناقض ممارستها على مستوي النصوص وتطبيقاتها، وذلك بالكشف عن مدى تأثرها بالمحيط الاجتماعي الخارجي والداخلي.. Résumé: L’importance scientifique et pratique de cet article, réside dans son approche du phénomène démocratique des partis politiques algériens à travers les textes réglementaires (loi fondamentale, système interne), où nous essayons de rechercher les causes profondes de la crise de la pratique démocratique, au sein des trois partis politiques algériens (RCD, MSP, FLN) comme échantillon de l’étude analytique , en utilisant la méthode d'analyse de contenu des textes, pour comprendre la nature des partis politiques et la vérité sur, la réalité de l'homogénéité ou la contradiction de sa pratique, au niveau des textes et de ses applications ; ceci, en décelant jusqu'à quel point, ils sont influencer par l’environnement social extérieur et intérieur. Abstract: The scientific and practical importance of this article lies in its approach to the democratic phenomenon of Algerian political parties through the regulatory texts (Basic Law, Internal Order). We try to search for the deep causes of the crisis of democratic practice within the three Algerian political parties (RCD, MSP, FLN) , Using the content analysis methodology for the texts, which will help to identify the nature of the political parties and the fact of the reality of homogeneity or contradiction of practice on the level of texts and applications, by revealing the extent of their impact on the external social environment and internal.
