الملخص
We focus in this article on the information technology and communication by researchers from the Central Library of the University of Algiers - Ben Youssef, made at their disposal, for example, online catalogs, databases and online subscriptions, in order to have a clear picture of the potential use of this set for the researcher, its suitability with their information needs, difficulties which hinder its use in order to improve library services. The results of surveys, on a random sample of students in post-graduate and faculty researchers at the library, show a disparate use of available technologies.
