With the increasing globalization of the economic activity and the fast development of communication and information technologies, the companies seek to develop and organize strategic and effective world networks. These networks are the Supply Chain Management (SCM), which aims at integrating the sources of supply, of production and the casting of the products. In order to reach such total networks of logistics, the company must develop and to implement a policy of supply chain, to wrap the rigorous analysis of the supply chain is a solution which proves very advantageous. That can make it possible to coordinate flows of supply precisely and this as long as physics that informational. It results from it a clear improvement as of this flow which goes from the supplier of the supplier until customer of the customer, as well as an installation of the good product, at the good place, in the good moment and the cost low to improve competitiveness of the company.
