الملخص
الملخَّـص: تعتبر التنمية المحلية ركيزة أساسية للوصول إلى أهداف التنمية الوطنية الشاملة، ولتحقيقها يستوجب حشد جميع الطاقات المادية والبشرية، والاهتمام بجميع القطاعات، ولاسيما القطاع الصناعي الذي يعتبر من أهم القطاعات التي يمكن الاعتماد عليها في عملية التنمية المحلية لما يملكه من قدرة على تنشيط باقي القطاعات، ومجمع عمر بن عمر يعد قطب صناعي بارز في ولاية قالمة، فقد ساهم دفع عجلة التنمية من خلال عمله على دعم قدراته التنافسية والاهتمام بجودة منتجاته. Résumé: Le développement local est considéré comme pilier essentiel pour aboutir à un développement national, dont la réalisation nécessite la mobilisation de toutes les capacités matérielles et humaines, et l’intérêt à porter pour tous les secteurs de soutien et principalement le secteur industriel qui est un secteur essentiel pour le développement local en vue de sa capacité d’animer les autres secteurs. De ce fait le groupe Amor ben Amor s’impose en un pôle industriel de premier plan dans la willaya du Guelma, par sa contribution de manière significative, dans le promotion du développement, par son soutien aux capacité compétitivité et l’amélioration permanentes de la qualité de ses produits. Abstract : Local Development is considered as an essential support to attain the objectives of the overall national development. In order to achieve those objectives, it is required to assemble all the financial resources and human power, giving attention to all sectors and especially the industrial sector that is considered as one of the most important sectors on which we can rely in the local development operation, because it has the ability to activate the other sector. Amor Ben Amor is a remarkable industrial pole in Guelma, it has contributed in rolling the development wheel through its work on supporting its own competitive ability and giving interest to its products quality
