الملخص
يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على مدى توفر المؤسسة الاقتصادية الجزائرية على المتطلبات التنظيمية اللازمة المكونة من (الهيكل، الثقافة، القيادة، البيئة التكنولوجية). والتي تشكل سياقا مهما لتسيير مختلف المعارف الداخلية والخارجية من خلال عمليات وللتحقق من هذه الدراسة، واختبار فرضياتها، أعدت استبيانة مكونة من 40 سؤال، وزعت على 95 فرد من مجتمع الدراسة، حيث تم استخدام برنامج SPSS واختبار (T-Test) لاختيار الفرضيات، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن تلك المؤسسة تعاني من نقص ثقافة تشجع على تبادل المعارف، مع وجود هياكل مرنة بدرجة متوسطة. The research aims to identify the extent to which the Algerian economic establishment has the necessary regulatory requirements consisting of (structure, culture, leadership, and technological environment). Which constitutes an important context for the conduct of various internal and external knowledge through processes (creation, storage, marketing, localization) and to verify this study and test its hypotheses, prepared a questionnaire consisting of 52 questions, distributed to 95 individuals from the study community, where the SPSS program was used and tested (T-Test) to choose the hypotheses, and the study concluded that this institution suffers from a lack of culture that encourages the exchange of knowledge and the absence of influence for leadership, with the presence of flexible structures to a moderate degree despite having a strong technological structure.
