الملخص
ملخص الدراسة: هدفت الدراسة الحالية للتعرف على واقع عمل مفتش التعليم الابتدائي، وأهم المعيقات التي تعترضه أثناء أدائه مهامه، في مدينة ورقلة الجزائر للموسم الدراسي 2013/2014 حيث شمل مجتمع الدراسة جميع مفتشي المقاطعات التربوية بالولاية، والذين بلغ عددهم (30) مفتشا، وقد اعتمد الباحث على الاستمارة المفتوحة في جمع المعلومات، كما اعتمد المنهج الوصفي الاستكشافي لمناسبته موضوع الدراسة، وكانت أهم ما خلصت إليه الدراسة هو. ان الدور الغالب على أعمال المفتش هو العمل الإداري في الوقت الذي تنص فيه القوانين على ان مهام المفتش بيداغوجية بالدرجة الأولى، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى ان معظم المعيقات هي معيقات إدارية. وأخيرا ختمت الدراسة بمجموعة من الاقتراحات كآفاق لها، ثم قائمة المراجع . الكلمات المفتاحية: مفتش التربية ، معيقات عمل المفتش. Abstract : The present study aimed to know the reality of the work inspector of primary education , the most important obstacles encountered during the performance of his duties , in the city of Ouargla Algeria to school season 2013/2014 which included a study population of all inspectors of the provincial educational mandate , and who numbered (30) inspectors , has the researcher in the form of open information gathering , also adopted a descriptive approach to exploratory appropriateness subject of the study , and were among the key findings of the study is . The dominant role of the Inspector is on administrative work at the time stipulated by the laws on the functions of the Inspector pedagogical primarily, as the study found that most of the obstacles are administrative obstacles.
