Le Dispositif De Formation En Cours D’emploi D’éducateurs Spécialisés

Résumé: La fédération nationale de parents d’enfants inadaptés (F.N.P.E.I.) regroupe actuellement quarante associations (et dix en voie d’affiliation). Chacune de ces associations gère un ou plusieurs centres spécialisés de jour pour enfants, adolescents et adultes en situation de déficience mentale moyenne et profonde sans troubles associés importants. La fédération vient en soutien aux actions gouvernementales de formation et d’accompagnement spécialisés. Le présent article synthétise l’état des lieux du dispositif de formation en cours d’emploi (F.C.E.) d’éducateurs spécialisés (ES) géré par la fédération, et ce, en rapport au contexte socioculturel dans lequel il évolue. La finalité de cette publication est de faire connaître cette expérience originale de la F.N.P.E.I. à d’autres fédérations et associations en vue d’un meilleur accompagnement de la population vivant un handicap, et de la rénovation de dispositifs de formation de personnels spécialisés. Abstract: The National Federation of Handicapped Children’s Parents gathers forty associations (whereas ten are working towards membership). Each association manages one or more day centers for children, adolescents and adults living in medium and deep mental retardation without significant associated disorders. This federation is in support to government training and specialized support. The article provides an overview about the current training system job for specialized educators managed by the Federation within the socio-cultural context in which it is involved. The purpose of this publication is to show the original experience to other federations and associations and to share with them this experience for better support of people living with disability in one hand, and the renovation of specialized staff training devices on the other hand. ملخص: تشمل حاليا الفدرالية الوطنية لأولياء الأطفال المعاقين أربعون جمعية )عشرة منها بصدد الحصول على العضوية(، حيث أسندت لكل جمعية إدارة مركز أو أكثر من المراكز المتخصصة بالرعاية النهارية للأطفال والمراىقين و كذا البالغين الذين يعانون من التخلف العقلي المتوسط والحاد دون وجود اضطرابات ىامة مصاحبة ؛ ىذا وقد أنشأ الاتحاد لدعم المبادرات الحكومية التي خ ولت لها مهام التكوين و المرافقة المتخصصة. تق د م مقالاتنا إذن لمحة عامة عن نظام التكوين المعتمد حاليا و الذي ىو التكوين في فترة التوظيف المو ج و للمربين المختصين، وقد كان الغرض من ىذا المنشور ىو التعريف بهذه التجربة الأصلية للفدرالية الوطنية للأطفال المعاقين و عرضها على اتحاديات و جمعيات مماثلة قصد الوصول إلى أحسن مرافقة لهذه الفئة و تحديث الأجهزة المسخرة لتكوين المتخصصين.
