الإندماج الإجتماعي : مفهوم سوسيولوجي متعدد الأبعاد Social Integration: A Multidimensional Sociological Concept

الملخص
عرف مفهوم الإندماج الإجتماعي ثراء معرفي و سوسيولوجي محمل حوله من طرف مؤسسي و علماء الإجتماع الكلاسيكيين و حتى المعاصرين أيضا ، و هذا بإعتباره مفهوم يرتبط مباشرة بالمجتمع و النظام الإجتماعي القائم فيه ، فهو يؤدي وظيفة أساسية لتماسك النسق الإجتماعي و يضمن التنسيق بين مختلف أجزائه للوصول إلى مجتمع متماسك و متضامن بين أفراده ، الذين يسعون بعوامل و طرق متنوعة الوصول إلى درجة من الإندماج الإجتماعي الذي يعارض حالات الأنوميا و التهميش و الإقصاء الذي نلاحظه في المجتمعات الحديثة ، و لهذا تطرقنا إلى أوجه متعددة حول مفهوم الإندماج الإجتماعي الذي إعتبرناه الصيغة السوسيولوجية المتعددة الأوجه و الأبعاد و هذا ما جاء في هذا المقال ، حيث إستخلصنا في الأخير أن هذا المفهوم يعتبر من أهم القضايا و الإشكاليات التي طرحت و لازالت تطرح من قبل مفكرين و باحثين في مجال السوسيولوجية الحديثة في الوقت الراهن . The concept of social integration has experienced a wealth of knowledge and sociological richness conveyed by classical and even contemporary institutionalists and sociologists. This is considered a concept directly linked to society and the social system that exists there. It fulfills an essential function for the cohesion of the social system and ensures coordination between its different parts in order to achieve a cohesive and supportive society between its members. , which seek, through various factors and methods, to achieve a degree of social integration that opposes the social situations of anomie, marginalization and exclusion that we observe in modern societies, and for this reason we have addressed multiple aspects of the concept of social integration, which we considered as a multifaceted and multidimensional sociological formula, and this is what was said in this article, where we finally concluded that this concept is considered l 'one of the most important questions and problems that have been proposed and. is still proposed today by thinkers and researchers in the field of modern sociology.
