This study aimed to determine the effect of work-family balance on professional well-being. The study was based on the descriptive analytical method. A questionnaire was designed based on the standards of previous studies and distributed to a non-probability sample from a purposeful population of Sudanese airlines in the capital, Khartoum. (220) questionnaires were distributed and (210) questionnaires were retrieved, valid for analysis, at a rate of (96%). The results of the study found that there is a positive relationship between work-family balance and professional well-being in terms of the two dimensions (the leave system and services provided by the organization for the benefit of employees). Finally, the research included suggestions and recommendations for future research.
