this study aimed to examine the relationship between psychological flexibility and psychological well-being in the workplace, among a sample of 974 workers from Sonelgaz. Results showed that women were more psychologically flexible than men, and that age was not significantly related to psychological flexibility. However, psychological well-being was weakly positively correlated with age. Additionally, psychological flexibility was positively associated with psychological well-being, accounting for 16.4% of its variance.
