أخلاقيات الباحث وأثرها على جودة البحث العلمي

الملخص
يُعتبر البحث العلمي من أرقى الوسائل الَّتي يتوصَّل بها الإنسان إلى المعرفة، ويُدرك بها الحقائق الغائبة، ويُجيب عن الأسئلة المحيِّرة، وهو الطَّريق الأمثل إلى الارتقاء بالأمم، وتطوير المجتمعات، والتَّغلُّب على المشاكل، وترويض الصِّعاب المتعلِّقة بالمعيشة وعمارة الأرض، ولا شكَّ أنَّ الشَّخص الَّذي يمتهن هذه الوظيفة الشَّريفة لا يستطيع أن يُحقِّق طموح العلم، ويصل إلى النَّتائج المتوخَّاة، مع الإجادة في التَّنسيق، والبراعة في التَّحقيق، إلَّا إذا تحلَّى بمجموعةٍ من الصِّفات الأخلاقية كالأمانة، والموضوعية، والصِّدق والصَّبر، والَّتي تسير جنبًا إلى جنب مع الصِّفات المعرفية والعلمية، وبهما معًا يُحقِّق الباحث الهدف المنشود من الوصول إلى النَّتائج الَّتي تُشكِّل قيمةً إضافيةً للرَّصيد العلمي والمعرفي. Scientific research is one of the finest means by which a person reaches knowledge, realizes the absent facts, and answers puzzling questions, and it is the best way to improve nations, develop societies, overcome problems, and tame the difficulties related to living and building the earth, and there is no doubt that the person who practices this honorable job cannot achieve the ambition of science, and reach the desired results, with proficiency in coordination, and ingenuity in investigation, unless he has a set of ethical qualities such as honesty, Objectivity, honesty and patience, which go hand in hand with cognitive and scientific qualities, and together the researcher achieves the desired goal of reaching results that constitute an additional value to the scientific and cognitive balance.
